98 F150 4.6L V8 exhaust question?
im about to buy a 98 supercap shortbed with the v8. its currently all stock. i want to run straight pipes on it for a super deep rumbling loud exhaust sound. i have no idea where to start. i am not replacing the headers like ive heard other people do simply because they are already on the truck. i was thinking about running a pipe from each header to and x connection and then two more pipes to the rear. and then putting about 3.5"X18" tips bent at a 90 degree angle. taking them to just behind the rear wheels. any tips?? am i even in the ballpark?? (i need to know what size pipe, where to place the cat, etc.)
